  • BLK IVRY Studio Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

    We understand that plans can change. At BLK IVRY Studio, while refunds are not offered for cancellations, we are happy to assist with rescheduling your booking under the following terms:

    • Rescheduling Requests: Guests may reschedule their booking at no additional cost if the request is submitted at least 7 days prior to the original event date. The new date must fall within 90 days of the original booking and is subject to studio availability.

    • Late Rescheduling Requests: For rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the event, a rescheduling fee may apply.

    • No-Show or Failure to Reschedule: If no rescheduling request is made, and the guest does not attend their booking, the booking fee will be forfeited.

    We strive to provide flexibility while ensuring all studio bookings are managed effectively. Please contact us if you have any questions or need to adjust your booking.

  • ✶ Live bands or performances are not allowed as our space is not sound-proof. Please be considerate of our neighbors.

    ✶ Smoking or vaping is not permitted on the premises.

    ✶ No Large Parties or excessively loud music

    ✶Confetti, glitter, or popping champagne is not permitted on the premises.

    ✶ Food and drinks are not allowed on any furniture. Any damage caused to the furniture will result in additional fees.

    ✶ No more than six people are allowed in the studio for photoshoots at a time. Allowances are only provided for Event Booking

    ✶ The use of fog or haze machines is not permitted inside the studio.

    ✶ Please do not remove wall photos.

    ✶ When moving furniture please do not drag. Move furniture with 2 or more people by picking it up.

    ✶ Full nudity is not allowed in the studios.

    ✶ Please return all furniture and props to their original position before leaving.

    ✶ Please do not use body oil, body sprays or self-tans that can stain the furniture.

    ✶Overtime fees apply if you require extra time to move things, load/unload. Your booking starts from the time you book, not at the time of arrival. Please book appropriately to avoid any extra charges.
